We had an amazing stay at this secluded bush retreat just a short drive away. the tent was luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. the owner was very friendly and even showed us a kangaroo family that visited her private garden. the surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of birds. Despite the storm, we were cozy and warm thanks to the heater in the tent. It was the perfect combination of camping and comfort.
We would definitely stay here again. cons: Nothing at all!

Cosy tent with a little heater, perfect for staying warm during bad weather. Fun camping experience with all the comforts of a full cabin. - Beautiful bush surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.
No one present at check-in, just a note with a phone number to call for instructions, which was difficult for international travelers without cellular access. Rough road leading to the lodge's area, making it a bit challenging to get in and out.

The luxury tent setup, complete with running water, kitchen facilities, and a bathroom, provided all the comforts we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Plus, the close proximity to nature allowed us to witness breathtaking interactions with Australian wildlife, including cockatoos and parrots. The warm and friendly hostess made us feel incredibly welcome, giving us local tips and information. The cottage itself, Sunrise, was an absolute bliss, with a cosy log fire, spa bath. The open plan layout and comfortable beds added to the overall charm of this hidden gem. The peaceful and undisturbed environment allowed us to relax fully and enjoy a memorable stay.

My family and I recently stayed at a beautiful retreat nestled in the heart of nature. The surroundings were simply breathtaking, offering both the tranquility of the forest and the beauty of the nearby beach. The cottage we stayed in was cozy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the electric blankets that kept us warm during the chilly winter nights. The shower was a pleasant surprise with its powerful water pressure and ample hot water, accompanied by a selection of complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The crockery and other amenities provided were of excellent quality, ensuring that we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to see kangaroos and their joeys right outside our cottage. It was truly a magical experience. Throughout our stay, we received helpful text messages from the hosts, providing recommendations for places to eat in the nearby town of Lorne. our family had an amazing time at this outstanding location for a family trip. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
